Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days across all regions in the UAE.

 Shipping Rates: A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders within the UAE.

 Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over AED 500.

 Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/update with tracking details to follow your shipment's progress.

 Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your items on time, unforeseen circumstances  may occasionally cause slight delays.

 Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delivery failures or delays.

 مدة التجهيز والتوصيل: يتم معالجة وتوصيل الطلبات خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل لجميع مناطق دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

 رسوم الشحن: تُطبق رسوم شحن ثابتة بقيمة 25 درهم إماراتي لجميع مناطق الدولة.

 الشحن المجاني: التوصيل مجاني للطلبيات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 500 درهم إماراتي.

 تتبع الطلب: بمجرد شحن طلبك، سيتم إرسال تفاصيل التتبع لك لتتمكنِ من متابعة خط سير الشحنة حتى وصولها.

 تأخير الشحنات: نحن نحرص على توصيل طلبك في الوقت المحدد، ولكن قد تحدث أحياناً تأخيرات طارئة خارجة عن إرادتنا 

 دقة العنوان: يُرجى التأكد من كتابة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف بشكل دقيق وصحيح عند إتمام الطلب لتفادي أي تأخير أو فشل في عملية التوصيل.
