Refund policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we bear all shipping costs.

 Size Exchanges: If there is a sizing error (e.g., you ordered the wrong size), only exchanges are available, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

 Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within [insert number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving your order.

 Refunds: Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects if a replacement is unavailable, and they will be processed back to the original payment method.

 حالات الاسترجاع والاستبدال: نقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، وفي هذه الحالة نتحمل نحن كافة تكاليف الشحن.

 خطأ في المقاس: في حال رغبتك في استبدال المنتج بسبب خطأ في اختيار المقاس، فإن الخيار المتاح هو الاستبدال فقط، وتكون تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع على عاتق العميل.

 شروط المنتجات: لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وفي تغليفه الأصلي مع وجود كافة البطاقات والعلامات الملحقة به.

 المدة الزمنية: يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال [اكتبي عدد الأيام، مثل: 7 أو 14] يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

 استرداد الأموال: يتم استرداد الأموال (الـ Refund) في حالات العيوب المصنعية فقط في حال تعذر توفير بديل، وتتم إرجاع الاموال بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
